What formats can I save my designs in?

Answer:

You can save them in  .JPG, .PNG and .PDF

Question:

What if I cannot log into the Control Center?

Answer:

If you cannot log into the Control Center and are certain you are inputting the correct login and password, try logging into it using the private/incognito mode of the browser. If this does let you in, you may need to clear your cache and cookies from the browser.

Question:

What dimensions are available when creating a design?

Answer:

The following dimensions are available and prebuilt: 1920x1080, 1080x1920, 1280x720, 1080x960, 1145x1080, 1080x1440, 1080x480, 768x1080

If your design falls out of this, you also have the ability to create your own custom dimensions!

Question:

What happens if I lose an internet connection while editing?

Answer:

There is a feature on AdPro that allows auto-saving to occur! Simply click the "Auto-Save" button in the top right corner of the screen to allow auto-saving to occur, meaning if you lose an internet connection while editing, no issue will occur!

Question:

What if I made a change, saved, and decided I didn't like the change?

Answer:

No problem! There is an undo button. Even better, we save revisions so you can skip the undo and pull up your last saved design with a simple click!

Question:

How can I keep my media organized?

Answer:

It's actually very simple! All of you uploads and media can be organized into categories for simple filtering.

Question:

Does Adpro support animations?

Answer:

Absolutely! Adpro support entrance, exist, and continuous animations! These all have advanced settings, allowing you to alter timing and speeds.

Does Adpro support social media integration?

Answer:

Yes! Adpro supports Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google+.
