General Settings (Getting started with your online store)
Customers can search nearby stores to place an order.
Create a white-labeled domain on FTx Commerce, which will be displayed as (name.ftxcommerce.com).
Set up business/store logo, favicon-placeholder images, theme color, background color/image and templates.
Set up templates to display selected product collection and list items on the Home Page of your online store. Product collection can be customized for different stores.
Add the legal agreement (i.e., Terms & Conditions) at sign up; add policies (i.e., Return Policy) to footer.
Manage pages with user-friendly CMS pages and customize content.
Choose from 4 fulfillment options (i.e., In-store or curbside pickup, delivery, or standard shipping).
Set in-store pickup and delivery fulfillment options by location.
Create fulfillment options at the business level (globally) or configure them by individual store.
Set any order fulfillment as “Coming Soon” for your customers. It can be set at the business level (globally) and also for a specific location.
Choose to enable or disable any order fulfillment option with a single click.
Allow customers to access age-restricted products without age verification and ask to verify their age at checkout.
Configure with the following payment options: FTx Card Payments, USAePay or DataCap.

Set up store hours of operation by day.
Set up slot booking by defining free and paid time slots. Choose the same time slot followed by another location.

Check the store details on Google Maps (i.e, location on map, images, operating hours, contact details and available fulfillment options).
Show services or nearby locations on the store details page.
Enable buydown option (i.e., After tax or before tax) by item.
Configure the payment gateway for the specific location.

Allow customers to search nearby stores by zip code or address.
Enable customers to use guest checkout.
Customers can select a specific time slot to pick up the order from the store or get delivery to a specific address.
Customers can enter instructions for the order and/or for individual items.
Set age restrictions for shopping or allow customers to access age-restricted items without age-verification.
Allow the registered customer to become a part of Loyal-n-Save (LNS) with one click.
Delivery fees are applied after order is complete.
Enable customers to choose substitute items and set substitute permissions.

Order Fulfillment Process
Pick order item’s quantity manually or by scanning.
If main item quantity is out of stock, complete the order with substitute items (if customer has enabled this option during checkout).
Print labels of order details and assign it to the staging area.
Filter the orders by order status and/or time span.
Check completed orders. Also, check order cancellation or return reason.
