  • One Platform, Multiple Brand Stores

    The multi-brand feature for FTx Commerce empowers retailers to manage multiple web stores from a centralized control center. This setup allows a single inventory system to manage multiple branded stores (store views) seamlessly.

  • Enable multi-brand

    Retailers can enable the multi-brand feature in their Control Center, accessible within their specific retailer account settings.

  • Add Brands

    Retailers or Control Center (CC) users can add and set up brands by navigating to the new menu path: POS -> FTx Commerce -> Brands. Users can create and manage brand records according to their business needs.

    Default Store:
    Each tenant/retailer account has a primary online store labeled as "Default," which cannot be deleted. Additional online brands can be added as needed.

    Brand Status:
    Track each brand's status directly from the Brands listing for better visibility.

  • Assigning Brands to Products

    Product-level: When the multi-brand option is enabled, retailers must assign specific brands to products. This can be done on each product’s FTx Commerce tab.

    Mass Update Capability: Assign brands to multiple products across categories or departments using the Mass Update feature.

    Note: Product collections play a significant role in organizing and presenting products for specific brands. Collections can also be utilized in home page template designs for each brand.
