Our product data is continuously sourced and maintained for accuracy. Currently, new products are added on a monthly basis, but we plan to increase the frequency to weekly updates in the near future.

Product details aren’t synced automatically – they’re updated only when products are added from the Master Pricebook. However, images will update automatically if you choose the “Reference from Master Database” option.

Yes. Access to the POS system plus the ecommerce pricebook starts at $30 per month, with a 3% convenience fee. This plan includes the first 15 store locations, and you can add additional locations for just $2 each.

Customers have complete flexibility to update any attributes in their accounts – such as title, category, description, image, meta title, meta description, dimensions, and weight. Any changes they make, however, will apply only to their individual accounts.

If a product isn’t in the database, customers can manually upload the details. In the meantime, we’re constantly working to expand and improve the quality of our product database.

All product images are safe to use, as they’re free of copyright restrictions. Plus, our in-house design team edits every image to ensure it’s completely original.

Customers have the flexibility to choose which attributes they want to update. For instance, if they don’t want to change the title or dimensions, they can simply deselect those options before completing the cloning process.
