Klaviyo integration with the FTx POS system sends real-time messages to customers based on their user activity. (i.e., if the customer makes a purchase, they’ll get either an email, SMS text, or push notification to notify them of their purchase and add a link to their receipt.)

Data is synced in real-time between the FTx POS system and Klaviyo, including customer name, customer purchase details, customer loyalty tokens, campaign completions, and more.

Klaviyo uses POS data to send messages that increase sales and user encouragement based on customer journey. There are multiple pre-built Klaviyo messages, including email, SMS text, and push notifications that have predefined messages that have a specific goal in mind to engage the customer, including new coupon alerts, new promotional campaigns, loyalty redeemable options, and more.

If you’d like to use Klaviyo for your loyalty flows, you need to sign up for a monthly Loyal-n-Save plan.
