With FTx POS, you can add all of your locations and unify them under a single ecommerce shopping experience.
When visiting your ecommerce store, a user can then “shop” a specific location and “set a store” based on their current location. This allows the customer to shop items that can be picked up same-day, for example, or to track a ship-to-store transfer.
Some multi-store features include: Shop by location, search for nearest store, set a store for future visits, search by fulfilment, and more.
Our systems will either redirect customers to another location where you have that item or recommend similar substitution items. This would allow a customers to ship to a nearby location for pick-up.
Our system includes age-restriction automation, allowing you to accept ID cards during online checkout. Customers must complete an AI-powered verification process to determine if they are of legal age (FTx Identity).
You can customize age verification settings and ID requirements in your software.
