FTx Lifeline Maintenance Agreements
FasTrax understands that every company has unique needs and challenges. That’s why we customize a maintenance agreement specifically to fit the needs of your business. We offer a convenient ticketing system that’s as simple as sending an e-mail. Not only does this system save you and your employees valuable time, but it also allows you to document an issue for future reference.
Simply fill out the form’s required fields, include a detailed description of the problem along with any applicable screenshots, and select Submit Ticket. Once received by our technical staff, a ticket number is assigned, ensuring that all the details are accurately documented. All the information is thoroughly reviewed by our expert technical support analysts and resolved in a timely manner.
If you absolutely need to speak to someone directly during our regular support hours, we can include that option in your maintenance agreement. FasTrax also offers emergency support services for those rare times when a technical issue must be resolved outside of our regular support hours, including weekends and holidays. This service is subject to an additional charge per your maintenance agreement.

Hewlett Packard (HP) offers a 3-year on-site warranty for the computers and a 3-year advanced replacement warranty on all the peripherals you purchase through FasTrax. Quickly and easily check the status of your HP warranty on their website using your Product Number and Serial Number.
